We specialize in automated dog food feeders specifically designed for medium and large dogs. Our feeders are particularly beneficial for dog breeds that are prone to overeating, as well as for dog owners who may not always be available to feed their pets.

Initially we will offer 4 colors:  Pure Gold, Perfect Pink, Simply Silver, and Royal Blue.   We will also be listening to customer feedback and may eventually add some other colors.

The DFS can dispense any size solid dog food kibbles up to 23mm in diameter.

The DFS can dispense up to 99 seconds of feeding time.  For most dog food kibbles for larger dogs, that is equal to over 6-1/2 cups per serving.   (FYI, our 85 pound Labrador Retriever eats less than two cups per serving.) 

The DFS has been tested in real world conditions for 6 years without a single failure.   Yet, stuff can happen, so we recommend that each owner monitor their pet and any automated feeding or watering system to ensure the safety and well-being of their pet.   To ensure that the DFS dispenses food for your pet, the app for programming and monitoring the DFS automatically takes a photo of the last second of each food dispensing and puts a time stamp on the picture.  The pet owner(s) can check the app to see what time the last feeding was and see either the food in the bowl or Fido eating away. 

The DFS is designed, assembled and tested in the USA.

 Currently we plan to start taking pre-orders in March 2025 with shipping of our first Dog Feeding Systems (DFS) in early 2nd quarter of 2025 

Each of the retailers of the DFS may have their own return policy. However, if you purchased your DFS on our website, we provide a 20-day return (or exchange) window from your purchase date, for any reason. You MUST request a "Return Authorization ID" (RAID) from us (at sales@the-DFS.com) prior to sending the DFS back and we must receive the return within 10 days of issuing the RAID. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for returning the DFS in the original packaging.   

Every DFS comes with a limited 30-day warranty which covers the materials, workmanship and performance of your DFS. If you register your DFS on our website within 30 days of purchase, we will automatically extend your limited warranty from 30-days to 12 months from the date of purchase! In case you do need to submit a warranty claim, you will be responsible for the cost of properly packaging and shipping your DFS to us and we will pay the cost of shipping back to you. This limited warranty specifically excludes damage due to abuse, miss-use, acts of God, failure to provide a sales receipt (as proof of purchase), or shipping damage (during return to us). At our sole description we will either repair the DFS, replace the DFS, or deny the claim, if in our sole determination, the damage was caused by an excluded cause.  See the full warranty information in the User Manual.

If we deny your warranty claim for any excluded cause, we will provide you a cost to repair your DFS, so that you can decide how to move forward.
